Terms of service

Numbered clauses, plain wording. If something here is unclear, ask before you build on it.

1. Who is the counterparty

These terms apply between you and SEO Uptr, which operates seouptr.com and the API at /api.php. Using the site or the API means you accept them. Contact goes through the account page. Effective 29 October 2026.

If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can bind it.

2. Account and keys

You open an account by signing in with Google. A key belongs to the account. Calls made with it are yours, so keep it out of public repositories, front-end code and chat logs.

Key leaked? Tell us at once. We may disable a key we believe is compromised. New accounts receive $100 of credit, which equals 1,000,000 credits, and no card is needed.

3. Credits and money

One credit costs $0.0001. Prices of actions are shown in the reference and may change for future calls with notice on the site. Each call is billed once for its action, whatever the number of rows returned, up to the stated limits.

Top-ups are paid in USDT (TRC-20). Credits are prepaid and used by calls. The free sign-up credit has no cash value, and any question about a top-up goes through the account page. When the balance reaches zero, the API answers with HTTP 402.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, bypass limits, or resell raw access without agreeing it with us. No harassment either. Automated calls are expected and welcome, within a reasonable rate.

We may throttle or suspend an account that harms others, with notice when practical.

5. What the data is, and is not

Data first. The data comes from our own crawler and our own index, refreshed roughly once a month. It is incomplete by nature: a link from last week may not appear, and a missing link is not proof that it was removed. DR is our own metric and does not equal any third-party score.

Nothing in the service guarantees a ranking, a traffic level or protection from any Google action. You decide what to do with the data.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for a stable API but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance and outages happen. The service is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect loss, including lost traffic or lost business that follows from using the data.

These terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: use the account page.
